Any payment or credit card information if received will be destroyed after the payment is set up. Normally all payment information is handled by 3rd party payment providers fully compliant with all such data protection laws and as such does not get submitted to CM Assets Ltd or kept on its computer servers. Any user information, gathered or stored on behalf of clients on the systems CM Assets Ltd provides such as telephone tracking services or ‘Lightning’, shall not be used by CM Assets Ltd and shall remain the private and confidential information of the client.
